SCENIC RIM VIEW COTTAGES NAMED STATE'S TOP HOSTED ACCOMMODATION!

SCENIC RIM VIEW COTTAGES is the toast of the State's hospitality industry having won the coveted Best Hosted Accommodation title at the annual Hotel Motel Association Awards 2008.

The indulgent escape beat a range of finalists to take top honours at the gala awards dinner held at the Royal on the Park Hotel in Brisbane where over 400 industry peers were in attendance. Click on the image at right for full details.

We were also a finalist in the Scenic Rim Regional Council Tourism Awards 2008 for hosted accommodation.

In the Queensland Tourism Awards of 2006, Scenic Rim View Cottages won the "Cutting Edge Directions Award". Click on the image at right for full details.

In the Queensland Times Ipswich & Valleys Tourism Awards of 2005, Scenic Rim View Cottages won the "SEQ Water Award for Excellence by an Emerging Tourism Business".

Your hosts David and Glenys Boyd have many years experience in tourism and hospitality, Glenys specialising in guest relations and information at the world acclaimed Yulara Resort at Ayres Rock in the Northern Territory.

David and Glenys also owned and operating Sunsets Restaurant located on Christmas Island, and the award-winning Whalers Restaurant at Exmouth (Ningaloo Reef) Western Australia.
